Vendor Set Up:

Vendors can begin setup as early as 7:00 AM. Packet pickup begins at 8:30 AM and all vendors must be fully set up by 9:00am  on event day.

Vendors must provide their own equipment (i.e. canopies, tables, chairs, coolers…etc.) Tents must be secured. If you need electricity, you must supply your own generator.)

Vendor Breakdown:

Breakdown is at 2:00 PM.  Vendors are responsible for cleaning their own space during break down on event day, and making sure to dispose of any debris.  Booths cannot be left up after the event has ended.

5K Event will be from 10am - 1 PM on Saturday, November 20th, 2021.

All fees are non-refundable.

The Best Workouts LLC, its partners, and contractors are not liable for the contents of your booth whether it be damage or theft. You are responsible for your own liability insurance.
