I like focus on the basic biomechanics and science behind sports performance enhancement, form and force production. I help my athletes understand how to display strength and apply quick reaction time in a natural unstable playing environment.  We also teach our athletes the proper way to prepare and cool down from activity in order to reduce the risk of injury, better performance and a prolong career.
