Keddlesthenics LIVE workouts allow you to activate more muscle groups at once for a full body workout that will keep you burning fat hours after training is finished.  When you combine this training style, with a jamming playlist, and the crew, it's more than a workout...IT'S A PARTY!

30-45 Minute Fitness Class:

We only use 5lb, 10lb, and sometimes 15lbs kettlebell.

Days & Times

Sundays: 8:00am EST

Mondays: 6:30pm EST
Wednesdays: 6:30pm EST
